Lyon Capital is an international business development and financial firm, and has played a leading role in the development of Spaceport Singapore. The firm is led by Michael Lyon. Mr. Lyon previously served as Vice President and General Counsel of Space Adventures. Lyon Capital has also completed over $400 million in real estate-related and debt restructuring transactions. Mr. Lyon has served in the U.S. Federal Government as the Special Assistant to L. William Seidman at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Resolution Trust Corporation during the S&L problem, and as an Assistant Director for Resolutions at the RTC. Mr. Lyon practiced law at Covington and Burling in Washington D.C.

Octtane (PTE) Ltd
Octtane was established in Singapore in 2004 to develop a unique market in communications: the creation of original ideas for the entertainment industry and the development of those ideas into revenue generating intellectual properties.

DP Architects

ST Medical will manage the medical screening and physiological training elements of Spaceport, including designing training elements to meet aspects of authentic air force pilot and astronaut training standards.
ST Medical brings a significant depth of experience to the project. It has provided its valuable training programmes to the Singapore Air Force since 1997,
when ST Medical was privatised from its former Air Force roots.
